Mr.Shakir is a hearing and speech-impaired person since birth. He has got the opportunity to get enrolled in a Certificate in IT at Created Opportunities under the flagship program of the Prime Minister Skills Youth Development Program. He mastered the skills during Six months of the Hi-Tech Course at Created Opportunities. Mr. Shakir is currently serving as a graphic designer for a private company and designing the first Pakistani sign-language book for his community.
